Juliana Lino serves as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Hayward Holdings, Inc. In this role, she leads the company's global Digital and Information Technology organization, helping advance Hayward's technology strategy, enterprise systems, cybersecurity capabilities, and use of data, analytics and artificial intelligence to support business growth.
Prior to joining Hayward, Ms. Lino served as Vice President, Data & Analytics, Connected Devices at GE HealthCare, where she led the strategy, development and operation of digital products supporting the company's global Services business. Before GE HealthCare, she held a series of technology leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation, including roles in data and analytics, engineering systems, cybersecurity and enterprise technology. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Embraco.
Ms. Lino brings more than 20 years of global technology leadership experience across healthcare, consumer products and industrial manufacturing. She holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, an MBA in Project Management from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.
