Executive Management

Kevin Holleran has served as our President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company since August 2019. Prior to joining us, Mr. Holleran served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Segment within Textron beginning in 2017. Textron’s Industrial Segment is composed of Textron Specialized Vehicles, a leading global manufacturer of purpose-built vehicles and equipment for a variety of commercial and recreational applications across a number of brands; as well as, Kautex a tier one automotive supplier of fuel systems, selective catalytic reduction systems and cleaning solutions. Prior to 2017, Mr. Holleran was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Textron Specialized Vehicles for ten years, during which time he grew revenue and profitability substantially through both organic growth and acquisitions. Prior to his time at Textron, Mr. Holleran held a number of management positions at Ingersoll Rand and Terex Corporation across the sales, marketing, and product management functions.

Eifion Jones has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since April 2020. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Jones served as the Chief Financial Officer of Cornerstone Holdings Inc. (“Cornerstone”) since 2011, a portfolio company of private equity firms HIG Capital and, later, Littlejohn & Co. LLC. In this role he oversaw the governance, performance, and financial management of Cornerstone’s U.S. and European companies, including leading all acquisition evaluation, diligence and integration efforts. Prior to Cornerstone, Mr. Jones spent 21 years with Akzo Nobel, where he held financial and managerial leadership roles in the Americas and Europe, including SVP and General Manger for their Americas O&G protective coatings business and prior to that, SVP and CFO for their Americas industrial coatings business. He began his financial career with Courtaulds Plc in their European fibers businesses prior to its sale to Akzo Nobel.

Susan Canning has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer since June 2021. She was admitted to practice law in the state of Michigan and prior to joining the Company, she served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at GNC and was responsible for all Legal, Compliance, Ethics and Quality matters. From 2008-2018, Ms. Canning was with Kellogg Company as part of the Legal and Compliance team, including three years as Kellogg Europe’s Regional General Counsel (based in Manchester, UK) and seven years in Kellogg Global HQ counseling on securities, governance, investor relations, and corporate development. Additionally, from 1991-2008, Ms. Canning served in a variety of legal roles with JPMorgan Chase & Co., focused on counseling SEC-registered investment advisors and mutual funds. 

John Collins has served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of the Company since December 2023. Previously, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer of the Company from May 2022. Prior to joining Hayward, Mr. Collins was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of E-Z-GO for Textron Specialized Vehicles, Inc. In this role, Mr. Collins led product management and global sales for Textron’s E-Z-GO and Cushman vehicle lines. Throughout Mr. Collins’ career, he has served in several leadership roles with Textron, including Plant Manager; Director of Sourcing; Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain; Vice President, Parts & Services and Vice President, Consumer Business.

Ray Lewis has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer since May 2024. A global business leader, Mr. Lewis has a proven track record of fostering high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Hayward, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President, Human Resources, Residential HVAC & Supply at Trane Technologies. An industrial machinery and manufacturing company, Trane creates comfortable, energy-efficient indoor environments for commercial and residential applications. Brought in to lead business transformation, Mr. Lewis played a pivotal role in Trane Technologies’ transformation to a climate innovator.

Throughout his three-decade career Mr. Lewis has also held executive positions at Allegion, a security company that provides security solutions to organizations and families, Ingersoll Rand, an industrial manufacturing company, and Doosan, an infrastructure-focused company. Throughout all of his executive leadership roles, Mr. Lewis enabled corporate strategy by building and developing effective leadership strategies which created winning cultures.  

He served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Affairs at Allegion, defining the company’s corporate strategy and positioning it for a record five acquisitions within three years. At Ingersoll Rand he was Vice President, Human Resources for Utility Equipment and Attachments Business Units, building and deploying effective leadership strategies.

Mr. Lewis began his career in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer and helicopter test pilot, before joining GE Corporation where he held several roles including HR Director.

Eric Sejourne has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Global Operations Officer at Hayward since April 2024. Prior to joining Hayward, Mr. Sejourne was President of the Access & Egress Hardware Group at Assa Abloy, a manufacturing company that specializes in services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation. With nearly 15 years of experience at Assa Abloy, he held various leadership positions within the organization, including Chief Operations Officer, Americas division.

Before his time at Assa Abloy, Mr. Sejourne held the position of Vice President of Lean & Operational Excellence at Watts Water Technology, overseeing operations across North America, Asia and Europe. In this role, he was responsible for developing the strategy for the company’s manufacturing footprint. He also helped establish the company’s program management office and continuous improvement operating system.

Mr. Sejourne commenced his career at Ingersoll-Rand, where he spent two decades steadily advancing to the position of General Manager of Operations for the Northeast region. His extensive experience across multiple industries underscores his expertise in global operations leadership.

Stuart Baker serves as Vice President of Business Development and Global Strategic Planning. In this role he is responsible for strategic planning for the corporation, M&A and works closely with Hayward’s investor community. Mr. Baker has held a number of executive positions prior to this role including General Management of newly acquired businesses, Global Product Management and several key strategic Engineering functions. He has worked as an executive in Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Prior to joining Hayward, Stuart was an executive for ThermoFisher Scientific, a leading manufacturer and marketer of scientific, analytical instrumentation as well as Philips Electronics.

Kevin Gallagher has served as global Vice President, Chief Engineering Officer since May 2024. Prior to joining Hayward, Mr. Gallagher served as Chief Technology Officer, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at Honeywell. There he was responsible for the company’s global technology and engineering teams, driving research and development as well as product portfolio innovation.

Mr. Gallagher has nearly three decades of experience leading product development, technology innovation, and manufacturing for automotive original equipment manufacturers, as well as the automotive aftermarket, consumer electronics, and industrial safety industries.

Before his tenure at Honeywell, Mr. Gallagher was Vice President of Global Engineering and Quality at InVue, an international merchandising, security, and IoT solutions company. There, he oversaw product development, innovation, quality, and program management. He also served as Vice President of Global Engineering and Quality at Dorman Products, Inc., a manufacturer of aftermarket automotive products.

Mr. Gallagher began his career at Chrysler Corporation, where during his 13-year tenure he held various engineering roles, including Manager, Vehicle Dynamics.

Darío Vicario has served as Vice President, General Manager, Europe & Rest of World since May 2024. Prior to joining Hayward, Mr. Vicario served as CEO of Azkoyen Group, a multinational technology company specialized in payment systems, vending machines, security systems and access control.

He has more than 30 years of experience in global operations leadership, driving strategic transformations and operational excellence across multiple industries. His prior positions include CEO of Thyssenkrupp Elevator for Iberia and Africa, where he oversaw the company’s digitalization and investment in Internet of Things (IoT) solutions.

For five years Mr. Vicario served as Managing Director South Europe for Gunnebo, a security integrations and payment technology company. He served as General Manager for the tire manufacturer Goodyear in Iberia and the Scandinavian region, growing sales and leading the company’s merger with Dunlop.

Mr. Vicario began his career at Bridgestone Europe, a global leader in premium tires and sustainable mobility solutions.
