Eric Sejourne has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Global Operations Officer at Hayward since April 2024. Prior to joining Hayward, Mr. Sejourne was President of the Access & Egress Hardware Group at Assa Abloy, a manufacturing company that specializes in services related to locks, doors, gates, and entrance automation. With nearly 15 years of experience at Assa Abloy, he held various leadership positions within the organization, including Chief Operations Officer, Americas division.
Before his time at Assa Abloy, Mr. Sejourne held the position of Vice President of Lean & Operational Excellence at Watts Water Technology, overseeing operations across North America, Asia and Europe. In this role, he was responsible for developing the strategy for the company’s manufacturing footprint. He also helped establish the company’s program management office and continuous improvement operating system.
Mr. Sejourne commenced his career at Ingersoll-Rand, where he spent two decades steadily advancing to the position of General Manager of Operations for the Northeast region. His extensive experience across multiple industries underscores his expertise in global operations leadership.
